Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at returns@therightway.com.co and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change before the order ships.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
